Has anyone else seen this? When our users are installing packages via the Portal Manager, it shows -2147483648% in the status bar, and does not update until the download is finished and the package begins to install. Normally, this isn't a big deal, but the download for the Windows 10 upgrade is a big one, and some of our users are cancelling/shutting down before it finishes because they think it is stuck. I am currently on LDMS 2016.3, and don't remember this ever being an issue before we upgraded about a year ago.
