Scheduled Tasks and Policies Rights

I have a LANDesk Power Users and when they view the "Scheduled Tasks and Policies" option on a device in the Console they can only see the tasks that are Public Users or their own tasks.   Is there a user setting that will allow them to see all the tasks and policies regardless on the owner?
