I created a distribution package with a custom message to notify the end user and allow them to defer if needed. What I put in my custom message was an ampersand character (&) to try to shorten the message by two characters and it cut off the message from the ampersand and everything after as shown below.

Thanks to Roy, he was able to duplicate the issue and substituted and for the ampersand (&) and it then worked. Just an FYI to all who may run into this. The below screenshot shows the correct message with the entire message.
